Responsibilities
- Responsible for day-to-day HR operations and provide full-range support in HR duties including recruitment, appointment and confirmation letters, orientation, and coordination of training activities.
- Perform monthly payroll processing, including overtime, SOCSO, EPF, EIS, income tax, and prepare reports in a timely manner.
- Monitor employee daily attendance (OT control, leave control, lateness, absences) and ensure attendance/leave records are updated on time in the HR system.
- Maintain proper filing and documents and ensure the accuracy of employee records in the HR system.
- Handle daily HR clerical matters, such as inquiries from branch employees via phone or email.
- Handle benefits administration, including medical claims and leave records.
