Opportunity Description
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to support daily HR operations and ensure a smooth employee experience across the organization. The ideal candidate will assist with recruitment coordination, employee documentation, onboarding, and general HR administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.
