Opportunity Description
Minimum Education
Bachelors (HRM, Finance & Business, or related)
- 2+ years of relevant HR experience preferably in Recruitment and Training
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Data Analytics
- Proficiency in HRMS, LMS and ITC
- Knowledge and understanding of Islamic Banking
Key Responsibilities
Training
- Coordinate with stakeholders on identification of training needs, and implementation of training programs in line with Bank policies and process
- Ensure completion of staff assigned training
- Maintain and update the LMS/E-learning systems and content and assist with other automation projects
- Maintain complete and accurate training and recruitment records
- Manage internships and trainee programs including records
