You’ll partner closely with leaders across the business, providing practical coaching and support on a broad range of people matters, while also supporting with guidance on ER issues as they arise. This role will suit someone who enjoys variety, can balance strategic partnering with hands-on delivery, and has had exposure to employee relations in a complex environment.
