HR Business Partner - Aged Care

Job description

We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Business Partner to join a thriving organisation and collaborative, tight-knit team within the Aged Care sector. 

This is a hands-on role permanent role suited to a seasoned HR professional who thrives in operational environments and is seeking a tight-knit, collaborative team to continue their HR career with. 

This position will include strong leadership and mentorship, and in return you will bring strong experience in workforce management, including IR knowledge, managing performance matters, and providing practical and commercially sound HR advice to a wide and diverse people group. 

About You:

Proven experience as a HRBP, ideally working in a small human resources team. 

Demonstrated experience leading ER issues, including performance issues, disciplinaries, grievances and IR matters.
