What’s the brief?

An established consultancy which operates in the healthcare sector is looking to appoint a Human Resource Business Partner to join their growing HR team.
This organisation partners with government on large-scale national programs across evaluation, administration and digital systems. Over the past decade the business has grown significantly, expanding from around 50 employees to more than 400 today.

The role will work closely with the Head of HR, acting as a trusted second-in-command across the HR function.
