The Opportunity

Qualitrol is seeking a senior, strategic HR leader to serve as the Human Resources Business Partner for our Belfast manufacturing site and Projects & Services organization. This role is designed for an HR professional who operates with enterprise-level perspective, brings the courage to challenge and influence senior leaders, and is motivated by shaping business outcomes.

This role will co-own site and functional performance outcomes by aligning people strategy with operational execution, project delivery, and global services performance.
