HR Business Partner (Corporate)

Overview

We are looking for a high-potential, strategic HR Business Partner to support our Store Operations, Asset Protection, and Merchandise Presentation organizations. This role will partner with leaders at every level — from frontline managers to senior executives — to shape and execute the people agenda that powers our store experience. This is an individual contributor role with broad influence. You will bring strong HR acumen, a bias for action, and the ability to operate comfortably in ambiguity to drive meaningful business impact through talent. You will also have the opportunity to lead and contribute to enterprise-wide projects supporting store and field initiatives. We are looking for someone who moves quickly, is energized by change and transformation, and is ready to be a true thought partner to the business.
