Key Responsibilities
Strategic Business Partnering
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the NEW Business leadership team on all people‑related matters.
- Translate commercial objectives into workforce planning, talent acquisition and capability‑building strategies.
- Design high‑impact people strategies and programs that enable talent attraction and retention.
- Provide data‑driven insights on headcount attrition and productivity to inform business decisions.
Talent & Performance
- Lead end‑to‑end talent lifecycle activities: attraction, onboarding, development, retention and succession planning.
- Oversee performance management cycles including goal‑setting, periodic reviews and year‑end calibrations.
- Partner with recruitment team and hiring managers to drive efficient, high‑quality recruitment for the distribution and commercial workforce.
