We are currently hiring for our client - Global Capability Center (GCC) of a publicly listed US organization and play a strategic role in shaping people practices, driving employee engagement, and partnering with business leaders to achieve organizational goals.

What You'll Do:
Partner with business leaders to align people strategy with business objectives
Drive talent management, succession planning, and employee retention initiatives
Act as a trusted advisor on employee relations, performance management, and organizational effectiveness
Support employee engagement and culture-building programs
Coach managers and leaders on people-related matters
Collaborate with cross-functional HR teams to deliver impactful HR solutions
