In this full-time, on-site role, you'll lead employee relations, oversee workforce planning, and manage performance initiatives at airports in Montreal and Ottawa. Your experience in HR generalist functions, particularly within unionized environments, will be critical for success. Expected responsibilities include compliance with labor agreements and enhancing HR practices across two key locations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead complex employee relations investigations and resolutions
• Partner with Operations to optimize workforce management
• Ensure labor compliance with policies and laws
• Manage recruitment and talent development initiatives
• Deliver compensation and benefits guidance to teams
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
