Description We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to support a university environment in Norfolk, Virginia. This Long-term Contract position will focus on strengthening employee relations practices, guiding leaders on policy interpretation, and helping create a consistent, compliant workplace culture. The role is well suited for an HR specialist who can balance day-to-day advisory support with thorough investigations and performance management guidance.
