HR Business Partner - Part Time | 6 month fixed term contract

• Fixed term contract – 6 months (with view to extend to 12 months)
• Part time 0.5FTE – working days flexible
• Based in Hawthorn East with travel to other sites as required
• Immediate start available
• Salary package $90-100k pro rata

Our client is looking for a talented HR Business Partner with a strong HR generalist and employee relations background to join their team.

The role:

Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be working in a business partnering model and will be responsible for providing HR support and advice to staff, managers and the Executive team. You will work closely with client managers to improve people performance and support positive workplace cultures and have opportunities to work on various projects the team is currently undertaking.
