Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning Manage end-to-end recruitment for outlet-based roles from sourcing to onboarding. Explore innovative sourcing channels to attract blue-collar staff (e.g. job fairs, community networks, social media, referrals). Conduct salary and benefits benchmarking to ensure competitiveness. Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations (WP/SP/EP) and ensure compliance with MOM regulations. Oversee repatriation processes for foreign workers where required. Work closely with Operation teams to ensure timely staffing for smooth operations.
