About The Role

The HRBP Supply Chain NA represents HR in strategic business decisions, provides leadership to senior business leaders on workforce and talent and engagement strategy, works with COEs on program development and the implementation of HR initiatives. Additionally, the HR Business Partner leverages the HR network to support the deployment of solutions to McCain people leaders.

What you’ll be doing

• Provides executive consultation related to strategic workforce management including succession planning, employee development and engagement, change management and high-risk employee relations within a targeted client group.
• Participates in quarterly and annual business planning, sharing the talent agenda and outlining resourcing and people implications/considerations.
