This organisation operates in aplex, highly regulated and unionised environment, playing a key role in supporting a diverse workforce and delivering strategic people solutions at both local and national levels.

Your new role

Reporting to the senior HR leadership team, you will operate as part of a collaborative HR Business Partnering function, providing expert, pragmatic and solutions-focused HR advice across a wide range of workforce matters. This is a hands-on generalist role with a strong focus on employee relations casework, stakeholder engagement and supporting operational delivery at pace.
