Opportunity Description
THE ORGANISATION
We are seeking an experienced HR Change Manager to lead the people and change stream of a large-scale transformation program. This role will play a critical part in delivering enterprise-wide change across ATS consolidation, HRIS implementation, process redesign, operating model transformation, and AI-enabled capability uplift.
PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A 12 MONTH CONTRACT.
THE ROLE
Key responsibilities will be to develop and lead the end-to-end change management strategy and roadmap across all transformation workstreams as well as conduct change impact assessments, readiness evaluations, and adoption planning across key stakeholder groups. You will design and deliver stakeholder engagement, communications, and training strategies tailored to diverse audiences and partner with project leadership to embed change activities into the broader implementation plan and go-live milestones.
