Job DescriptionSPS Technologies is looking for a motivated and organized HR Co-op for a 6-month role. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to gain real-world experience in human resources within a dynamic manufacturing environment. As the HR Co-op, you will work closely with the HR team to support various functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and training initiatives.
This position provides a unique opportunity to develop key HR skills, gain exposure to day-to-day HR operations, and contribute to projects that directly impact the employee experience at SPS Technologies.
