Opportunity Description
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in payroll processing or compensation and benefits
- Professional certification in HR or payroll (e.g., CPP, PHR) preferred
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll software systems
- Proficiency in any established payroll software system with demonstrated ability to navigate and utilise multiple platforms effectively
- Experience with BPI banking systems or similar financial platforms
- Experience with any major banking platform including but not limited to BPI, with ability to adapt to different financial system interfaces
- Knowledge of Philippine labour laws and tax regulations
- Strong analytical and numerical accuracy skills
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be legally authorised to work in the Philippines
