HR & Compliance Administrator

A well established company is seeking an HR & Compliance Administrator and a fully compliant B2B firearms and accessories distributor.

Qualification: 5+ years in HR operations, compliance, or regulated industry administration (banking, insurance, etc.)

Duties:

• Monthly dealer licence audits, spot checks, risk log maintenance, and follow‑ups.
• Build the audit trail documentation that protects the Company from regulatory exposure. This is non‑negotiable .
• Leave administration, onboarding, performance management timelines, employer relations, and statutory compliance (UIF, COIDA).
• Maintain the documentation discipline that protects the Company from labour law exposure.
• Contract management, fine tracking, and ad‑hoc departmental support.
• This is the catch‑all that gets done when compliance and HR are quiet.
