The HR Audit/Compliance Lead will ensures that Human Resources in global scope is in compliance with its internal and external regulatory and legal requirements managing risk and controls, managing employee records, performance scorecards and people reports and external reporting.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensures compliance to both internal and external audit of Human Resources to any local and international regulatory and legal requirements of process standardization and improvement, risk assessment and other requirements needed.
- Ensures that Human Resource team is knowledgeable current policies and procedures related to internal and external compliances of the department.
