provide guidance and support to managers and employees based in Switzerland on HR operational topics related to the full employee life cycle (recruitment, assessment, development, retention, transfer, etc.)ensure proper execution of HR processes to mitigate risk, while actively identifying workflow inefficiencies and driving continuous improvementcollaborate with HRBP’s, HR Centers of Expertise and the HR Service Center to deliver cohesive and aligned HR solutions that meet business needsmanage a variety of administrative and coordination tasks to support seamless HR operationscoordinate and implement the annual compensation review process within the assigned area of responsibilitywork in partnership with both team members in Switzerland and global HR teams and departments, actively contributing to the implementation of Swiss and global HR projects and initiatives
