HR Coordinator

As a HR coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department in multiple activities at the Roofing and Asphalt plant in Irving, Texas. In addition, the HR coordinator will support the further development of the OC strategy. This position will be full-time. As a member of the HR team, you will be exposed to multiple HR practices and procedures. The purpose of this role will be to provide the Irving plant with HR support and be a positive force of administrative effectiveness and engagement in the workplace.
