The HR Coordinator will play a key role in supporting onboarding, employee relations, HR compliance, and general HR administration across both office and plant personnel.
Key Responsibilities
+ Coordinate full-cycle onboarding for hourly and salaried manufacturing employees, including new hire paperwork, background checks, and orientation scheduling
+ Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS systems and ensure data integrity and compliance
