HR Coordinator
+ Prepare the preonboarding prepare new hires by completing administrative tasks and introducing them to the company culture
+ Lead the MX employees onboarding and Buddy programs, continuously improving processes for a seamless employee experience
+ Serve as a trusted talent advisor to leaders in support of business objectives, including organizational change, growth, and transformation
