HR Data Privacy Analyst

HR Data Privacy Analyst Hybrid, 3 days per week based in Sheffield, 2 days working from home 6 months, till December 2026 Day Rate Contract (Inside IR35) Summary: The role holder is accountable for supporting global data privacy strategy for Human Resources function, enabling implementation of framework, and supporting the plan to embed and operate data privacy controls effectively in relation to Employee Data. The role will cover following key areas: DataVisa submissions: Support HR stakeholders to prepare, review and submit HR related Data Privacy cases in the global assessment tool for managing Privacy Impact Assessments, Data Sharing approvals and Record of Processing related controls. Privacy Assessments: Support review and approval of Privacy Assessments, provide appropriate and timely response to the Projects / Programmes.
