HR Data & Technology Analyst

POSITION SUMMARY:

HR Data & Technology Analyst within AEI’s Global HR Technology and Analytics team focuses on optimizing HR systems and processes by performing regular governance, engaging with HR key stakeholders, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvements.

This role will focus on HR functional systems and processes working closely with IT and collaborating with global HR business process owners and local HR system admins in support of maintaining data quality, developing process improvement, troubleshooting of issues, and HR system training for SuccessFactors Employee Central module.

Analyst, HR Data & Technology supports the team to enhance, implement, and govern core HR data and processes. Reporting to Manager, HR Technology with the goal of building how HR systems can be optimized to provide excellent employee experience that supports overall direction of HR People and Culture organization.
