Description
This role combines senior-level executive administrative support with hands-on project management within HR Development. The individual partners closely with leadership to manage day-to-day priorities while planning and executing key initiatives that support the Development function.
This is a high-visibility role requiring strong judgment, organization, and the ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Key Responsibilities – Executive Support
+ Provide direct support to senior HR Development leadership, including complex calendar management and meeting coordination
+ Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and materials for leadership meetings
+ Manage communications, including drafting responses and handling confidential information
+ Coordinate travel, expenses, and meeting logistics
