Opportunity Description
Responsibilities
- Full responsibility for all areas of HR, both strategically and operationally, aligning HR policies, processes and procedures to the Group.
- Ensure engagement, cultural development and organisational development activities.
- Accountability for SHE related activities.
- Lead key programmes and projects such as employee engagement survey, HRIS integration and change management, and provide coaching and development to senior leaders.
- Lead and manage a team of HR professionals.
Qualifications
- Senior HR level Head or Director experience with site HR based experience within supply chain/logistics, engineering/manufacturing, food production, FMCG or a similar environment.
- Broad commercial and HR generalist experience with ability to work in a strategic and operational capacity.
- Strong knowledge of IR and UK employment law.
