Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee national HR operations, including workforce planning, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training, and recruitment
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs that support business objectives and regulatory compliance
- Drive talent acquisition initiatives to attract and retain top talent across all levels of the organization
- Manage employee engagement, performance management, and succession planning to enhance workforce productivity
- Ensure effective execution and adoption of HR systems for streamlined HR operations and reporting
