The Position
The HR Director, Operations and Service Delivery will be responsible for directing the delivery of day-to-day HR services through self-service and the Service Center. The Director will report to the Chief Human Resource Officer. Responsibilities of this leader include implementing a tiered service delivery approach aligned with the HR transformation initiative.
