Responsibilities
- Partner closely with the Founder/CEO on organizational priorities and strategic initiatives
- Drive cross-functional alignment across teams and leadership stakeholders
- Help translate company vision into operational execution
- Support leadership communication, decision‑making, and organizational coordination
- Identify operational bottlenecks and drive resolution
- Lead or support high‑priority internal projects and special initiatives
- Build and scale organizational structures, processes, and people systems
- Design and improve performance management frameworks
- Drive leadership hiring and talent assessment
- Develop succession planning and talent development strategies
- Build onboarding, training, and leadership development programs
- Shape organizational culture and internal communication standards
- Oversee strategic hiring initiatives globally
