Recruitment & Workforce Expansion Support company growth by leading the recruitment of nursing professionals for locum, part-time, and ad-hoc surgical assistance assignments, ensuring a strong and qualified talent pipeline. 2. Credentialing & Regulatory Compliance Oversee the verification and maintenance of all professional credentials, including Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) registration, practicing certificates, and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications, ensuring full compliance prior to deployment. 3. Onboarding & Employment Administration Manage the onboarding process and prepare employment agreements for part-time, locum, and ad-hoc staff, ensuring compliance with the Employment Act and company policies. 4.
