Opportunity Description
Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. Handle onboarding and induction of new employees, including documentation and orientation. Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files. Support payroll processing by coordinating attendance, leave, and related inputs with the finance team. Address employee queries on HR policies, benefits, and procedures. Assist in implementing and communicating HR policies and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Coordinate employee engagement activities, events, and welfare initiatives. Support performance appraisal cycles and maintain related documentation. Handle exit formalities, including full and final settlement coordination. Prepare HR reports, letters, and other correspondence as required.
