Responsibilities / Accountabilities
Primary: Support core HR functions including Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Time Management System (TMS), Performance Management, and Employee Relations.
Secondary: Assist in HR metrics reporting for KES93/KISB/KESSB, labour surveys, ISO documentation, and sustainability reporting.
Job Duties

Recruitment: Handle basic work pass administration (foreigner permit renewals, status checks). Source direct labour and non-exempt candidates via JobStreet, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
Screen and assist in the interview of shortlisted candidates for assigned roles. Maintain and update candidate pipeline database.
Verify completeness of applicant documentation. Prepare job offers and coordinate new hire onboarding for direct labours and non-exempt.
Conduct employee orientation and route new-hire documents for payroll processing.
