Opportunity Description
Lead and managing the end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing and hiring) from blue collar to white collar (all levels).
Work closely with hiring managers on manpower planning.
Conduct new staff on-boarding process.
Represent the company at campus events, job fairs, and industry forums.
Conduct background checks.
Responsible to develop and oversee the implementation of all required policies and procedures to ensure that the recruitment and employee relation function operates effectively and according to legislation
Performing clerical tasks such as filing, scanning documents into an electronic system and making copies of documents.
Maintain HR documentation and records in accordance with company policies and ISO standards.
Support internal and external audits by ensuring proper documentation and compliance with established procedures.
