Opportunity Description
Position Summary:
Responsible for all HR functions covering Recruitment, compensation, employee relationship, general welfare and administration / legal labor law compliance and overall HR support for all organizations in Singapore and other SEA countries including operations, R&D, sales & marketing, finance, IT, etc.

- Participate in a variety of recruitment activities so that the organization's recruitment process is efficient, effective and equitable.
- Prepare job postings, specifications for recruitment agencies, job descriptions and other materials in accordance with the organization's recruitment standards.
- Contact candidates, schedule interviews, and develop interview questions in with the hiring manager so interviews are conducted efficiently and equitably.
