Key Responsibilities
Manage recruitment activities, including onboarding and offboarding processes, with a focus on WPOL requirements for the construction sector.
Handle monthly work pass renewals and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
Oversee staff dormitory arrangements and related administrative matters.
Administer employee leave records and ensure proper documentation.
Provide general HR administrative support and assist with other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
Diploma in Human Resources or a related field.
Hands-on experience with WPOL processes, including onboarding and offboarding for construction workers.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Detail-oriented with the ability to handle routine administrative tasks efficiently.
