HR Executive

Purpose of Role
To provide dedicated, data-driven HR support to the operations of a Community Care Organisation. Reporting to the Senior Group HR Manager, this role focuses on delivering efficient people operations for nurses, care assistants, therapists, social workers, healthcare assistance, doctors (if any), and support staff. The HR Executive will use HR analytics and insights to support talent acquisition, staff retention, compliance, and workforce planning in a compassionate, regulated community care environment. Key Responsibilities
1.
