Description

We are a denim garment manufacturing , seeking an experienced, hands-on HR Executive to source, hire and onboard large numbers of factory workers (trainee operators, helpers, checkers) across stitching, cutting and finishing. The role is factory-floor based and focused on maintaining staffing levels to meet monthly production targets. Candidate must have strong local labour-market connections and proven high-volume hiring experience under production pressure.

Responsibilities


Source candidates through contractors, ITIs, training institutes, local networks and employee referrals to meet daily and monthly staffing targets.
Manage high-volume recruitment drives, walk-in camps and field outreach specific to labour-intensive roles.
Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure timely supply of workers and maintain vendor performance records.
