HR Generalist - Dublin West

Were partnering with a growing organisation to recruit an HR Generalist to join their People team in a broad, hands-on role supporting the full employee lifecycle. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with 24 years HR experience who wants real variety and exposure across recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, HRIS (Access PeopleHR), payroll & benefits support, reporting and employee queries. Youll also support performance cycles, learning and be given the opportunity to work on wider People initiatives. Working closely with the Director of People, youll play a key role in ensuring a smooth employee experience while developing your skills toward a more strategic HR/People role.
