Robert Half is seeking an experienced and proactive HR Generalist to support a variety of human resources functions, including employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, compliance, and performance management. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, knowledge of employment laws, and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism. This role is a contract position located in Fresno, CA.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Support recruiting, onboarding, and new hire orientation processes.
+ Assist with employee relations matters and HR inquiries.
+ Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
+ Administer benefits, leave requests, and other HR programs.
+ Assist with performance management and employee development initiatives.
+ Generate HR reports and maintain accurate personnel documentation.
