Job Advert Details The opportunity: HR GeneralistThis is a 12-month fixed term contractBeing part of HSBC in Ireland, you’ll help evolve and grow our business.What you will do: The HR Generalist role is to undertake a variety of HR administrative duties. The role may be located across various areas including but not limited to Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits, Learning and Development and Time Off & Attendance, HR administration. The role will sit within the HR function and report to a more senior HR role.In this role you will:• Support the HR team to prepare for EUPTD (EU Pay Transparency Directive) Right to Information go-live , partner with line managers on pay gaps, training/comms/data analysis, outlier monitoring, EWC (Employee Works Council) consultation• Maintain/update HR databases/systems • Assist with the onboarding processes of new employees• Facilitate and assist with various HR operations and processes• Produce and submit reports/ statistics on H...
