I’m working with a highly respected real estate investment firm to hire an HR Generalist supporting a multi-state team (~150 employees).


What you’ll do:

+ Own the full employee lifecycle (recruiting, onboarding, performance)

+ Support payroll, benefits, and compliance

+ Partner across multiple entities in a fast-paced environment

What we’re looking for:

+ 3–5 years HR Generalist experience

+ Strong CA payroll + employment law knowledge

+ HRIS experience (ADP/Paycom a plus)

+ Excel + tech-savvy; HR certification preferred



💰 $90K–$110k + bonus

📍 Onsite role in West LA
