Job Overview

Reporting to the HR Business Partner, Lunenburg, the HR Generalist, Lunenburg Operations is responsible for the effective utilization and development of human resources programs and processes throughout the Operations and Supply Chain organization. The incumbent will report to and work closely with the HR Business Partner to support both salaried and hourly unionized employees in a fast‑paced, high performance Supply Chain.

Key Responsibilities

• 14‑month contract position.
• Manage disability claims, attendance, and accommodation processes, partnering with EHS and HR to support safe and timely return‑to‑work outcomes.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, orientations, probation reviews, and internal job posting and bidding processes in line with the collective agreement.
