This role will play a key part in attracting experienced talent, coordinating hiring activities, and maintaining organized HR records and systems. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in talent acquisition, HR administration, and employee support within a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Partner with hiring managers to clarify staffing priorities, compensation expectations, and role requirements for open positions.
• Develop and carry out recruitment plans that align with operational goals and current workforce demands.
• Draft and manage job postings across appropriate channels, adjusting content and visibility based on market conditions.
• Maintain accurate candidate information within the HRIS and applicant tracking system to support an efficient hiring process.
