HR Generalist

ProCreator is looking for an HR Generalist / People Operations professional to own and drive core HR operations across the employee lifecycle, while helping strengthen people processes, employee experience, policy governance, and hiring coordination. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, process-oriented, and comfortable managing day-to-day HR operations independently. The person will play a key role in ensuring smooth onboarding, employee record management, attendance and leave administration, payroll inputs, engagement initiatives, policy execution, and exit formalities. Alongside this, the role will also support recruitment governance and collaborate closely with the recruiter and hiring stakeholders to ensure process adherence and business continuity. While the role is primarily an individual contributor position, the person may oversee one recruiter and is expected to step into hiring execution when recruitment volumes or business priorities demand it.
