Opportunity Description
Ametek Nuevo Laredo is searching for a Human Resources Professional to fill an important role within the organization.
This position is a Shared Services resource that supports all Divisions & BU's located in the facility.
The ideal candidate will be an HR Generalist with a strong focus on recruiting and labor relations.
Responsibilities:
Lead/support recruitment efforts of direct, indirect and salaried positions.
Support and follow up on labor relations actions and plans.
Coordinate employee services (i.e.: transportation and cafeteria).
Support and maintain the HRIS Systems ensuring accuracy & regulatory alignment.
Support and help with Government Inspections and Compliance.
Schedule flexibility to support different working shifts, including weekends or holidays, when needed.
Support general HR activities as needed.
Requirements:
