The HR Generalist – Payroll is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll while supporting overall HR operations within the hospital. This role ensures compliance with labor laws, government regulations, and hospital policies, while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy of employee records.
Key Responsibilities
Payroll Administration
- Process end-to-end payroll for hospital employees (regular, contractual, relievers, consultants if applicable).
- Compute salaries, overtime, night differentials, holiday pay, allowances, and other payroll adjustments.
- Ensure accurate deductions for government contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) and withholding tax.
- Prepare and submit payroll reports and government remittances on time.
- Handle payroll-related concerns and discrepancies of employees.
