Richmond Steel Recycling Ltd. (RSR) is a scrap metal recycling company with locations across British Columbia and in Alberta, with our head office operating out of Mitchell Island in Richmond. Our purpose is to create a world without waste, helping to preserve our planet through responsible recycling and sustainability practices.

Job Summary

The HR Generalist plays a key role in supporting day-to-day human resources operations across the organization. This position is responsible for a broad range of HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, health and safety support, union relations, HRIS management, and employee engagement initiatives. The HR Generalist works closely with leaders and employees to foster a positive, compliant, and high-performing workplace.
